2. Use of Service

Kip App is a location-sharing application. You are responsible for all content you post, including pins, photos, notes, and messages. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content to shared groups, you grant other group members the ability to view that content within the app.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

5. Limitation of Liability

Kip App is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to navigation decisions based on user-shared content.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
